New Subscriber problem with Sky account number

Many years ago, I had a sky account, and I had mobile phones with Sky no longer.

but I have just moved from another provider to sky broadband only no landline and I still do not have sky mobiles.

somehow I seem to have been linked into my old Sky mobile account not my new broadband account although £20 has been taken from my credit card. I can't seem to get a proper new account. Any help?

Are you able to link your broadband yourself via this link:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services

 

If not you will have to contact Sky to speak to their ID team.

How did you place the order with Sky for the broadband (and broadband is bundled with Sky Talk no matter if you use this or not) did you place the order online or via the phone ?

And when you placed the order did it ask you to create a Sky account or did you sign into the one you previously had ?

the evidence suggests that i have been linked back to an old mobile account how to undo it is the problem now
