New Sky Q contract - confusing monthly payments

Yesterday, after about an hour and half on the phone to Sky (and numerous agents), I agreed to move from Sky Plus to Sky Q.

New box is getting fitted late April.

Following the phone call I recieved 2 emails within seconds of each other,

First one says, Sky Tv £20.50 (price after 2 discounts of £5 and £11.).

Second email says Multiscreen £8 (price after £7. discount). Plus Ultimate TV pack, £4.50.

Does this include Netflix? - One agent said that is an extra £6. per month but cancancel after first month??

I assume my monthly payment will be £33.

I contacted live chat this morning, who said it is £27.50.

Is Sky always so confusing with their billing?

Prior to this I was on the Sky Plus package (everything except movies and sport) for £51.50 a month.

Any help, gladly recieved!!

@PennyCrayon

Ultimate TV pack includes Netflix.

To see what you will be paying have a look at your future bills:

I didn't even know that existed!

Until yesterday, I haven't logged onto my Sky Account for years!
