New Customer using Sky website - experiencing technical issues

I am using the webiste to set up TV/Broadband on the website.  After going through all the setup the order fails at the end due to technical problems and asks me to start again.  Is this just a website issue? When will this be rectified?

Issues like this do get reported on here so your only option will be to call Sky instead.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
