New Contract

I've been trying to renew my Subscription. What I'm paying is too espensive. I've spoke to 6 Advisors. I'm Deaf and can't understand or hear non speaking English Advisors. I've heard it's cheaper if on Universal Credit. All I want is what I have now but cheaper. Nobody is helping me. How do I speak to an English speaking Adviser and get a cheaper package. I've chatted by Text but I'm getting ignored now

It's unlikely you will be able negotiate it cheaper than what you got it for 18 months ago. Any renewal will now be for 24 months.

It may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~

Im afraid I can't suggest the wording you use in your negotiations.
