Netflix

How do I cancel Netflix, I was apparently given it free as part of my package, but I don't want it.

Give this a try:

If that doesn't work then you will have to call Sky about this.

Note that the lowest tier bundled 'free' apps (Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max) cannot be 'cancelled' from Sky subscriptions which include them by default.

That is not entirely correct if you have Sky stream or glass yes the basic Netflix is included as part of package however, if you have Sky Q the basic Netflix with ads is chargeable extra called the "ultimate tv pack" and if it is not part of a minimum term can be cancelled and removed from your subscription giving 31 days notice.
