Netflix

Looks like I'm paying twice for nextflix as it's included in the family entertainment package and also being charged £6 seperately for this, anyone else had the  same issue.

The included version of Netflix with Sky is Standard with Ads. Any additional Netfilx charge on your Sky bill will almost certainly be because you have upgraded to a more expensive Netflix tier. The upgrade to Netflix Standard Without Ads, via Sky is about £6.50.
