Hi there 

I had an email say last month I'd be upgraded to Netflix standard as you were getting rid of basic but I've not been upgraded.

Netflix chose to remove their Basic tier, not Sky (more than two years ago)

The 'upgrade' is to Standard with Adverts, and I suspect takes place in line with each individual monthly billing cycle.
