To add it via your Sky account you would need to upgrade your TV package to the Ultimate one which is inclides Netflix as per this:
Ultimate TV includes the Standard with Ads plan (2 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard without ads (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
You will also need to be at least a Sky Q customer to add this.
