Netflix payments through Sky

I've just taken on a Sky package that includes Netflix but on checking my second bill I see that there are 2 separate charges for Netflix, one in the package (ultimate) & an additional £6.49 for Netflix listed underneath. My original bill was supposed to be £38 a month which went through the first time then we added Sky Sports for £22 so should be £60 but I'm being charged £66.48 any idea why?

That may be a 'boost' from the bundled Netflix Standard with Adverts to a higher Netflix tier.
