Netflix could it be added for sane price advertised

Hi I'm on a monthly package of £40.00 excluding mobile. Your advertising the same amount with Netflix is there any chance I could add this on for same price. I'm on low income but because I have worked all my life I don't get the same help. Much appreciated if you could I'm in house all the time x
