Netflix charges

In May we paid  £9.14 for Netflix. We paid extra £13.49 to download some films for grandchildren for holidays. When we came back from holidays we cancelled the Boost to Netflix Premium however we are still being charged. We haven't got the abilities to download films and we have adverts!  Could you please rectify this problem and change our payments back to £9.14 (and apply any refunds) as soon as possible please.

This is where customers help each other so do charges show on your future bills for this if the cancellation has been processed ?
