I don't know if the community hub here is the place for this but I am pretty frustrated by the changes to the Netflix policy within the Sky envioronment. I've just spent 25 mins online chat to cancel Netflix through Sky - this is usually a 30 second job done through Netflix. I can only think this change - having to cancle through Sky - has been done so that a mndatory 31 days can be added something that no other service provides for these subscriptions. I find this apalling and inconsistent with other services. SKy can you change this.

31 days notice is required to cancel a service so are within their rights to make you stick to it.
