Netflix account

My Netflix premium account has been transferred to my sky account without my permission. I am now unable to change Netflix to the standard subscription what to do

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.


Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
