I recontract with Sky on 1st May and changed Netflix account. The account has been unlinked from sky and is currently on hold. I have called Sky and the technical team are looking into this which could take 5 working days to resolve(today is the 5th day). Has anyone else has had this issue did it take longer than 5 days?
