I'm on a sky signature package and I thought Netfix was included but I keep getting emails and an on screen message asking me to update my payment method. Is it included or have I must-read my contract

Signature, by itself, does not include NetFlix.

However, NetFlix was often bundled but we've no idea what you've signed up to.
