Needing new cable connectors

Hi all. Both the connectors are damaged on the back of my sky a box and would to replace them. 
any advice on which ones to buy.

You mean the connectors on the box or the ones you plug in?

 

(They are called F-connectors)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
