Need to pay monthly bill

I'm trying to pay my monthly sky mobile bill but my account is restricted but I need help because I want to pay my bill

@Abi49 

You shouldn't need to make a manual payment as you should have either a card or a direct debit setup of which Sky will take it automatically from you so do you have this in place on your account.
