Need more boxes to return equipment

Hi

Due to ongoing BB problems since October, I decided to leave and go to Virgin (mainly because I think the problems with my old phone line, hence if I went with anyone else, I'd have the same problems)

I have been sent one prepaid box and I need to return Q box, mini box and router.

Is anyone able to get another couple of boxes sent out without me having to phone please?

As customers, we can't arrange that, I'm afraid. If you happen to have suitable packaging you could use that and print your own labels. Otherwise it's a call to Sky.
