Need help changing my phone number.

Hi I need to update my phone number on my details it has always let me put my home number in as I don't have a mobile phone but it is not. I tried to ring sky they are asking for the number but when I put it in it was not excepted. Thanks

When you try to update your details what is happening ?

It is saying please enter a valid mobile number. It not not give a option to put a land line number

Hi @Sallycatt   Are you entering the full number including dialing code? Also no spaces or dashes etc., so 11 digits only.

Hi yes I tried both ways with dailing code and without. But with putting in the code as well I doesn't have enough spaces to get my phone number in. It is long it's 11 numbers.
