Need a refund

I made a payment towards my bill, another payment from my bank account was taken aswell as the payment i submitted, I need the one payment refunded back to my account ASAP

As you have discovered there is no need to make such payments so as you have done it can be refunded if you can confirm you see a credit on your account, if you do we can alert Sky's messaging team to your post as they will then contact you via here about this.

i made a payment and then a payment was taken out my bank as well as the one i submitted and i need this back asap

As @caesarome asked can you confirm the extra payment is showing on your Sky account? We need this confirmation before we can escalate it to Sky.

I can't see an option to attach a screen shot of the evidence but it is showing on my account that I made a payment and another has been taken and that one would go towards my next bill. It is also stating that a scheduled payment was missed? This doesn't make sense

Sorry, poor wording on my last post. Typing at 5am does that. Does your overpayment show as a crediton your Sky account?
