Are you a new customer to Sky or have you been with them for a while as it could be a couple of different things that is see your bill as high as that. Either it is because you are a new customer as your first bill covers more than the usual 4 weeks or it could be you had a discount that has now ended, either way the bill will have to be paid.

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?

What does your bill show this month's bill to consist of?

Yes, Sky won't talk to you if you're in arrears. Best to call before your bill becomes overdue.

Have you reported it to Sky?

When was this?

Initial bills can be higher as they cover a period longer than one month.

...or it was a while ago and your discounts have expired.

Also, any price 'agreed' is an initial amount and will increase (as per the terms of the contract).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
