My subscription

I do not require any of the things listed in my current package.  I simply require internet access, email and the means to write the occasional letter.  Will you please arrange this for me?

We can't see your package to know what you can potentially cancel? 

Sky don't facilitate the writing of letters. Are you already a Sky Broadband/Talk customer?
