My sky stream bill

Hi I had uhd and Dolby Atmos on my sky glass TV and I removed it it should have been until the 30th of August 2024 but I removed it on the 28th of August 2024 and I'm still being charged for it my bill should be £60 but I'm being charged £65.15

The billing you are seeing would have been created before those had been removed from your account as our bills are created 14 days earlier. Now that they have been removed on your next bill you should see a credit for the overpayment so do you see this on next months bill ?

@Brian002  Your duplicte thread you created has been removed as you asked the same questuion onthis thread and received a reply.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The uhd and Dolby Atmos was free for two months I can't understand why I have been charged for it

If they were free for two months then from month three they would be chargeable so what do your future bills show ?

That looks like a part payment. Is the following months bill a little higher again?
