My sky id login

I need to change the id login and e mail address that sky contact me on. However, when i type the change into the edit, it tells me there is already an account. This may be because ive tried to do this before but it never worked. How do i do this now, or what telephone number to speak to an advisor to help. The usual number is too automated and deosnt understand the request

You will need to either call or use social media to contact Sky about this. If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
