My sky app

Is anyone getting the error message on my sky app saying access denied when wanting to check anything on there and also can't get onto sky.com( it will let me on mobile data but not on WiFi) I don't have vpn or any other security blockers on)

All fine here so had the app been working up to now for you ?

It works after a while but when I go from WiFi to mobile data then back onto WiFi it gives access denied

Also it's nothing to do with my actual WiFi at home as it's started doing it while I'm on my works WiFi but works ok on 5G

Yes it was doing it last night but this morning was able to get in ok. But it appears to have gone down again. It must be problem with Sky, which I think will be sorted in due course.

I have just tried it on my iPhone and tuning off the WiFi so it using the Vodafone 4g mobile network and the app work as normal and can access every thing but going though WiFi it just comes up with "access denied " error message. Also when I have access the my Sky app in the last couple of days the BT. cyber protection app I have on my devices keeps sending a " unsafe website" notice. But I disabled that app temporarily to see if it made any difference but still on WiFi still got "access denied denied " error message,

.As this appears widespread what have Sky done there end so users accessing  there  apps and web site though WiFi. have started getting this error message.

Just checked my Sky app on both my iPhone and iPad and it now back to normal no error message on WiFi or mobile network, so what ever sky did they have  now rectified it.  The "unsafe web site" notification on my cybersecurity app as also stoped when accessing the app as well.
