You'll have to give us some details. To start with, which service? And in what way is it not working?

If your service is restricted due to an overdue bill they won't be restored until payment has been made in full and a new payment method has been setup on the account.

 

If a payment has been made for an overdue bill you need to wait for the payment to clear into Skys account and then be processed by them. Banking payments aren't processed on weekends and once processed it can take a further 24 hours for service restrictions to be lifted.

My customer account no [removed],

I've been on holiday for the last month 

paid my bill 

and my sky stream is not working

In what way is it not working? What exactly is happening?

 

Have you tried turning it off at the plug for a minute to reboot it?

 

Also worth nothing this is a community forum of other Sky customers and not a way to contact Sky customer services.

@Scott_1  Please be aware you're posting on a public forum and you should not be posting personal info, therefore you post containing your account number has been removed temporarily and will return to orrow when the post has been ameded to remove personal details.
