My refund from a complaint

I have a credit balance on my Sky Mobile account from a complaint refund, and I would like it manually refunded to my bank account.

You could call Sky and ask about refunding to your bank but a credit refund is usually credited to your 'Live' Sky account and used for future payments so don't be surprised if Sky say no.

But how can they say NO when it's a CEDR compliant ain't a good will it's a case I have won so need this in my account and not in my sky app
