My predict bill

Iv gone on my online about and my next prediction bill still wrong iv report they raise a ticket [removed] and I still ent had a update what's going on please can someone help and sort it

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

How long ago did you raise it with Sky? If that now deleted reference number was a complaint number Sky have up to 6 weeks to resolve it before you can request a deadlock letter allowing you to take it further.

I raised is on the 20th I contract them yesterday and then said 24 hours but it still ent done

Cause my packed changed and I ent got sky sports any more but its still on my bills

When did you cancel Sky Sports? Remember cancelling it means giving 31 days notice where you're still charged for it.
