My payment

My direct debit has failed due to trying to take 2 months out when I paid 

£126.90 on the 27th October then again on the 24th November 

And been charged this month for late payment making it £136.90 on top of this months payment 

yes my direct debit failed oct/nov but they was paid so it should be just this months 

it has not took my payment off from 24th November that I made on line

Have you been making manual payments as the only time you would need to do this is if your services have been restricted other than that there is no need to do this because if you do not to close to your billing date then making a payment doesn't always pay the bill but instead adds a credit to your account which might be what has happened here.

 

If a direct debit fails Sky will try again in around 10 days time so again there is no need to make a manual payment.
