My parner died and was the Main Sky account holder and now I have 2 accounts on Sky.com

She was the main Sky Account holder and I could signing with my email into her account so Sky made a new account for me so Sky Stream and Superfast Internet is on my account and Sky Mobile is still on her Sky account but its now in my name so have to signin to both to cheack them and when the bills need paying.
And they are still changing me for the mobile phone she got on credit, they seid that would stop now shes died but I am still been charged for the phone(its a Samsung Galaxy Flip 5) when its not my credit., plus her Superfast internet is still on her account Sky Q has gone now...?
Very werid... 😞 it shows how computers can mess things up... 🙂
I find it very hard to contact Sky by the phone nowadays with it automated stuff on it trying to stop you.
Whats the best time to phone Sky, I want to talk to someone in a british call center, I am partly deaf so find it hard to understand people from another country and they talk to quick sometimes, I am not been funny BTW, plus I am autistic, maybe better if I use chat to talk to them...?
Anyone else have this probem having 2 acounts on Sky.com..?
I posted this just for some advise... 🙂

@spannernick1

Sorry for your loss.

Given your hearing issues it might be worth getting yourself registered with the accessibility team at Sky as there are additional contacts options for you that do not involve using the phone:
