My direct debit

My direct debit is due on 9th April and sky not taken it down I pay it on line or do I wait

Don't make a manual payment! It's not even 10am yet. The billing process (applies to all customers) is as follows:-

If you have a Direct Debit set up and the payment fails on the normal payment date Sky will automatically attempt it again 10 calendar days later (so don’t be tempted to make a manual payment in this period).

After 10 days, if that second attempt also fails Sky may send a text and/or email notifying you that your payment has failed again and you then have a day or two before they restrict your services.

Do not pay it yourself as the direct debit might be taken later today or in the next day or two so as long as you have the funds available you will have no issues as long as you just sit back and waut for it to be taken.
