My broad band billing
Hello,
Today Sky broadband has took £54.55 which is a lot because they used to take £39. Also I have changed the WiFi to a stronger WiFi with a deal which is £39 a month but the WiFi is still slow and weak. Hopefully you fix the issue as fast as possible.

Does that bill cover more than the normal month? Do future bills show the amount you agreed?

Sky don't offer 'promise to pay'.
If it was a DD that bounced then they will retry after 10 days before charging you late payment fees and restrictions.
If you make a manual pymwnt payment in the interim then that will count against next month's bills and they will still attempt the recollection.
