My bill

I've noticed that payment has been deducted twice from my account. Why is this on the 23rd and the 26th of this month?

Did you make a manual payment as doing so might not necessarily pay your bill but put a credit on it instead. So if this is what has happened then the credit will be used against the following bill or if you do see it on your account it can refunded and help of which can be arranged for you via here.
