My bill

Why is it that sky is trying to another 45 pound owt of my bank and I've already paid it through bank card

Because you correctly have an automated monthly payment setup. It's unwise and unnecessary to make additional manual payments.

The reason I made a payment through my bank card was because I was late paying my bill so I paid it with my bank card which they said I could but there still trying to take 45 pound owt

You might find that the manual payment you've made has gone towards next months bill. 
What normally happens is if you have a Direct Debit set up and the payment fails on the normal payment date Sky will attempt it again 10 calendar days later.

At this point don’t be tempted to make a manual payment as it's likely to go towards the following months bill, leaving your current bill unpaid and you subsequently restricted.

After 10 days, if that second automatic attempt also fails Sky may send a text and/or email notifying you that your payment has failed again and you then have a day or two before they restrict your services. This is all automated.
