My bill was paid on 19th but I got an email today saying it wasn’t

My bill was paid on the 19th and is showing as paid on both my statement and on the sky mobile online.  However I got an email today  (24th) saying it hasn't been paid.

What's the email address the email has been sent from? That should help identify if it is legitimate from Sky

The emails from sky@ notifications.contact.sky.  I'm not sure it's from Sky so I tried to confirm it with customer service but kept getting pointed here.  I need to speak to a person but there aren't any contact details so I can't confirm one way or another.

@Mich197  Is the email asking you to follow a link to pay?

 

How was the payment made?    

 

Is there a direct debit setup?

 

Has the payment actually been taken from your bank? have you checked?

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
