My bill says paid but ive got a direct debit due tomorrow for the wrong amount
Hi so my monthly bill is supposed to be 32 pound a month but ive got a direct debit due for 64 pound comkng out tomorrow when i check my bill it says my balance is zero could i get some help please?

Is this your first bill with Sky?

That is probably because the payment is in the process of being taken so in all affect has been paid so you owe nothing now on your account which is why it shows a a balance of zero. If you look above this it should say something like payment received.
