I have a query on my payment from January 2023. I've been charged two seperate £10.00 transactions which i shouldnt have been charged for.
I upgraded to Sky Q before Christmas and when i spoke to one of your advisers they were going to not charge me the admin fee's but upon seeing my bill, they have.
Can you please advise and get a refund on my account please?

Admin charges are usually added to discounted deals (new or on renewal), and it’s normally £10 per discount. Firstly see if they are showing as credited back on a future bill. Otherwise, if you negotiated the deal on the phone and these admin charge(s) weren’t mentioned you need to call Sky again. They should be able to listen back on your original call and if they weren’t mentioned they will hopefully cancel them.
