Hi so sky wants to charge me £137.12 it is normally £68.75 per month I have no idea why I was double charged but that has been resolved they refunded me 1 charge but wants me to pay 2 charges worth no idea what is happening with it

Are you saying they want to charge you £137.12 again on your next bill, if so then it could well be because the discount you have had on your account is coming to an end.
