My bill has been taken out twice. This should not have happened and is an error on your part. I'd like a refund as soon as possible please, as its all I have at the moment. Thank you

Do you mean you made an unnecessary manual payment when you have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up?

@Kmccrae  You're not talking to Sky via the forum, no one here would know who you are or any of your account details.

 

It's unlikely Sky will have taken the same payment twice unless you made a manual payment 1st?

 

Was this the case?  If so as you've found it doesn't stop a direct debit from being taken and if you did make the manual payment the error is yours not Sky's

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
