My balance

My mobile bill 2 weeks ago was £350,I contacted a customer service advisor and agreed I would pay £180 on that particular day and pay £170 today unfortunately when I've accessed the sky app it's still showing £350,also can you confirm my next payment is £197 on 16th September?..

As we are customers here all we can say is that you can view your future bills via the app as well as you latest one.
