Just got broadband and when I signed up it said I already had a sky id etc so I used that when asked to as it said I could. But it's not linked to my new broadband package at all. And now I don't know how to sign in and manage my account.

Hi, I have seen this before with ID's and the problems faced by emails from before and you've left and came back, conflicting emails or sign up emails not working properly.
Id give sky a phone to make sure they get it sorted for you. I'm sure you'll be billed just the same, but the information on your end may just not be showing accurately.
So you don't go on a wild goose chase, ask the first advisor to make sure they can handle the ID linking problem, at first instance, otherwise you'll go through the same with another when they pass you over after saying it all.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you were a customer from years ago then your previous account should have been closed so you should have signed up as a new customer which during the order process you would have created a new Sky ID.

Oh ok. My sky id was active and it said sign in and it will use that.
