A discounted deal may have recently expired or be ending very soon. You would have been told the date the discount was ending when you originally took it out. If you haven’t already you should compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.
If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available.
You can either call Sky or use the following link

Same here! No warning just taken £30 more from my account. No deal had expired it was a 'price increse' that I wasnt told about and a charge for an engineer that they insisted come out - very angry and cannot get through to sky as usual.

No general price increase at this time of year.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePrice increases are annually and are in April in the UK. Sounds like your deal was perhaps reduced for a set period only (maybe 3 months or similar) and has now reverted to full price?

Chat bot send you to forum. Forum helps with a phone number. You call and wait 40 mins for an answere, then get put on hold an additional 20 mins?
How is this legal customer service?

I'm the same was offered six months free cinema due to a technical problem that I called about which I was really pleased with. However just logged in my account and they are charging me for the cinema package and additional £19 per month with no credit applied. 40 mins to get through. Your advisor has scammed me telling me that he was adding something complimentary for a failure in service. Now I have to waste my time on hold getting through. So wish I never believed this guy. 😤😠😡
