My Sky page restricted
When I login the My Sky page is restricted along with my Bills and payment page. I cannot for the life of me find a contact number to call to get this issue resolved. I need to change my payment method ASAP and it's ridiculous to go through all this trouble just to do so. Please help!!

Are you using the correct login so for example have you ever left Sky in the past then returned after being away for 18 months or so ?

No I have been with sky for over a year now. I am definitely using the correct login.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
