Fraud has a leg '...with the intention to permanently deprive'.

 

Anyway, good luck!  You too could be a 'super user' if you want to hangaround and help people.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I don't think Sky would want someone who no longer likes their products, buisness model or indeed the way they can treat customers.
