I was on my sky page on a PC and it said to check your renewal price by pressing here.It also stated that you could check when it was in your basket.
I pressed to check and then i had a message to say congratulations you have renewed or something to that effect with no basket or prices to view!
I rang sky to check and told them i didnt want to renew and leave it on rolling for the time being as i couldnt get a decent price.and they said they can't do anything as i have to phone again after my cooling off period.This is absolutely disgusting.I am going to contact consumer rights if this isn't sorted soon.
Absolutely Terrible Service and I have been with sky for over 20 years.

The same thing just happened to me. It's a very shady thing for Sky to do. I thought there would be a page to review the price offered before accepting but no.

And now they will only cut it to £48 from £50. I am currently paying £41.50. It's a disgraceful way to treat long term customers
