My Bill

I Spoke to someone today regarding discrepancies billed on my account and the amount agreed during a new agreement made in february - the phone was cut off mid conversation and nobody has called me back 

my telephone number is 

I was charged 162 in feb  107 in march 231.38 in april and now 174.49 today. 

During the telephone conversation i was promised a reduction on what i was paying and even added TNT ... this was not was agreed and the document sent to me indicated  i would be paying 212 which is unacceptable. Help please

Hi @Query2   I am not sure how the community can help. Do you have any specific questions for your fellow customers? You should be able to see why you have been charged those amounts by looking at your bill detail https://www.sky.com/bill
