Multiscreen

I have had muliscreen for many years but moved last year and returned the extra box. I am still paying £15 per month . How do I stop it?

Returning the box, in itself, does not stop the subscription.  Only by contacting Sky and giving notice to cancel it.

 

If you've returned the box without doing this then they may well expect the box back when you do cancel...  Did you retain proof of posting?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
