Multiscreen reinstated

I recently renewed my sky tv but I cancelled my Sky Q mini box in error. I realised my mistake and quickly got it reinstated. However I am now being asked to return the mini box as I have cancelled it. I have spoken to 3 different people at Sky about this and I am getting nowhere. It states on my Sky app that I have the box as part of my new contract and I am paying for it each month. Now I have had a text saying it's to be returned. I really don't know what to do now?
