Multiple bill increases

Can Sky Ireland please explain why my bill has increased twice since December and is due to increase again in April? No change to the service provided. This is galling!!!

Sky are unlikely to respond here.  It's primarily a customer to customer forum.

Sounds like you have expiring discounts - look at your itemised bills to see what's changing.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

@Didge
If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available. (Don’t forget the annual price increase effective from 1 April).

You can either call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

This link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/been-overcharged may also help.
