Yesterday I received an email that my bill was not paid, I was redirected to the payment and I did it. Then in the afternoon the fee was charged as usual from my debit card. My account was paid twice. czy mogę prosić o zwrot ?

@MartaZyskowka85 when your Sky account is in credit (it can take a few days) you can request a refund.

Is your bill usually paid by a direct debit because if it is then Sky will try again around 10!days later if the first attempt at taking it has failed.
